At GearKart, we work hard to get your order to you as quickly and safely as possible. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully to understand how we process and deliver your orders.


1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working business day.
  • During sale events, festive seasons, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 3–4 business days. We will notify you if there is any significant delay.
  • You will receive an Order Confirmation via email or SMS once your order is placed, and a separate Dispatch Notification with tracking details once your order leaves our facility.
  • GearKart does not guarantee same-day dispatch under any circumstances.

2. Shipping Methods

We ship all orders across India through trusted and reliable logistics partners including:

  • Shiprocket
  • Delhivery
  • BlueDart
  • DTDC
  • India Post (for select remote locations)

The courier partner assigned to your order may vary depending on your delivery location, product size, and availability of service in your area. GearKart reserves the right to select the most suitable courier for each order.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timelines begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order placement.

  • These are estimated timelines only and are not guaranteed delivery dates.
  • Business days exclude Sundays and public holidays.
  • Delivery timelines may be longer during peak seasons such as Diwali, Big Billion Day sales, or Republic Day sales.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are non-refundable except in cases where the order is cancelled before dispatch or where GearKart is at fault.
  • The final shipping charge will always be clearly displayed on the checkout page before you complete payment — there are no hidden charges.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number and courier name via email and/or SMS.
  • You can track your order directly on the courier partner's website using the tracking number provided.
  • Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to reflect live updates after dispatch.
  • You can also track your order by logging into your GearKart account under My Orders.
  • If you have not received tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, please contact us at support@gearkart.com.

6. Delivery Issues and Delays

Delayed delivery:

  • If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, we request you to first check the tracking status on the courier's website.
  • If the tracking shows no update for more than 3 consecutive days, please contact us and we will investigate with the courier on your behalf.
  • GearKart is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, government-imposed restrictions, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. However, we will always do our best to resolve delivery issues promptly.

Failed delivery:

  • If a delivery attempt is made and you are unavailable, the courier will typically attempt redelivery 1–2 more times before returning the package to us.
  • It is your responsibility to ensure someone is available to receive the order at the provided address during business hours.
  • If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery caused by an incorrect address, unavailability of the customer, or refusal to accept, re-shipping charges will apply and must be paid before we reship the order.

Lost in transit:

  • In the rare event that a package is confirmed lost in transit by the courier partner, GearKart will either reship the product or issue a full refund at our discretion after completing an investigation with the courier.
  • Lost in transit claims must be raised within 15 days of the expected delivery date.

Damaged in transit:

  • If your package arrives visibly damaged on the outside, please do not accept the delivery and ask the courier to mark it as "Damaged — Refused."
  • If damage is noticed after opening, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.

7. Address and Contact Accuracy

  • Please ensure your full name, complete address including flat/house number, landmark, city, state, and PIN code, and a working phone number are entered correctly at checkout.
  • GearKart is not responsible for undelivered or delayed orders resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
  • Address changes after an order has been dispatched cannot be accommodated. Address changes before dispatch may be possible — contact us immediately at support@gearkart.com.

8. International Shipping

At this time, GearKart ships within India only. We do not offer international shipping.

We hope to expand our delivery reach in the future. If you are located outside India and wish to place an order, please contact us at support@gearkart.com and we will do our best to assist you where possible.


9. Unserviceable Locations

Certain PIN codes may not be serviceable by our courier partners. If your location falls outside our delivery network:

  • You will be notified at the checkout stage before placing your order, or
  • We will contact you within 1–2 business days of order placement and offer a full refund

You can check serviceability by entering your PIN code at checkout before completing your purchase.
